This film is about the narrative of Felipe Pugoy, an agitated detainee who, with his group, impelled a prisoner emergency in a Davao City jail that prompted 21 passings (5 prisoners and 16 detainees, including Pugoy) in 1989. Among them were a meeting Australian female preacher with the zealous Joyful Assembly of God.
