Thirty years back, an unborn youngster was covered in the garden of what is presently a boardinghouse in Cubao. It lies underneath the ground, unbeknownst to the inhabitants who live there. One of the occupants is Mylene (Lovi Poe) who seems like the ideal young lady, decent, lovely and at the highest point of her Medicine class. Be that as it may, no one thinks about her past, not even the man who cherishes her most, Paolo (Benjamin Alvez). Paolo doesn't know anything about Mylene's family, her long, lost kin or her irritated, anxious wreck of a mother. Nor does he think about the long scar that keeps running over Mylene's body, nor of how deficient she generally feels. What's more, he finds that the more he tries to win back her adoration, the more she withdraws to her mystery world that no one could enter.
