In the 1970s, during the height of political debasement, Gangnam, the southern piece of Seoul is beginning to be changed into a created region. Adolescence companions Jong-dae and Yong-ki battle to get by, until their shanty homes are wrecked by nearby hooligans. Edgy for money, they get included in vicious political conflicts, and are isolated amid one of the clashes. After three years, Jong-dae lives as a legit man with previous pack pioneer Kil-su. In the interim, Yong-ki has joined Seoul's most intense criminal association, the Myeongdong-dad. As a criminal, Yong-ki is snared in a high-stakes fight over land in Gangnam, all for the sake of assembling mystery presidential decision supports that drive up the estimation of the city. As the packs battle about the rights to different plots of land, Yong-ki is caught and cross examined by an adversary posse. The southern piece of Stransformed into a created region.
