Kisapmata is a 1981 mental show film coordinated by Mike de Leon. The story was composed by Nick Joaquin, taking into account a genuine wrongdoing story he investigated his book "Reportage on Crime" entitled "The House on Zapote Street" in 1968. The motion picture collected 10 noteworthy honors in FAMAS, was exhibited in Cannes in the Director's Fortnight, and was pronounced by the Manunuri ng Pelikulang Pilipino as one of the 10 Best Films of the 1980s.
