Set in December 2021, Resiklo is the tale of Crisval Sarmiento, an ex-military Colonel who drives a cloth label gathering of survivors in the Philippines against the bug like outsider trespassers known as the Balangs signifying "locusts."Because of the tremendous consumptions in assets amid the intrusion, the people are compelled to rummage the obliterated scene for anything that could be reused and put to use at their mystery haven, called Paraiso. Notwithstanding, they are in a race against time, as notwithstanding the asset assembling, the survivors are battling to wipe out the Balangs and their human colleagues, the Mutanos, while keeping Paraiso's area mystery and en route, revealing reality behind the intrusion also.
