Stepsisters Aileen and Romina, alongside first cousins Ruth and Sandra, rejoin in Camiguin to cover their grandma. Joined by Sandra's companion, Lucy, the five young ladies set out to approach the spirits of the dead when they locate their old Ouija board from when they were children. The Ouija board is singed coincidentally before they can complete the custom, catching a lethal element around them. As they understand the fear that they have brought upon themselves, Aileen and Romina's antagonistic relationship even turn out to be more strained, while Lucy's rational soundness brings an overwhelming weight on Sandra, and Ruth's sweetheart, Gino, is unwittingly maneuvered into the risk and frightfulness that anticipate every one of them. Stood up to by unavoidable Death, the young ladies have no place to go unless they can recognize the soul and discover where it is covered. It is just by driving the soul to its graveyard that they will ready to discharge the soul from the Ouija board and survive its lethal hauntings.
