Little Opao (Dorothy Ann Perez) and Biboy (Jairus Aquino) grew up together in a halfway house in Taal, Batangas and guaranteed themselves to be closest companions until the end of time. As they develop more established they head into isolated routes; to be received by their particular unseasoned parents. Opao is received by an old maid (Carmi Martin) whose fizzled profession in acting prompts her to shape Opao into a genius with the moniker Darling. In the interim, Biboy is embraced by Crisp Pops (Roderick Paulate).
As Biboy (Ogie Alcasid) grows up as grown-up he opens a handphone administration and repair shop and wants to meet Opao (Judy Ann Santos) one day. One day Biboy sees Opao singing on TV and acknowledges she has totally changed into a hotshot! A spot of destiny makes Biboy masking himself as a young lady to be Darlings colleague with another name of Frida. Both turn out to be best of companions without Darling understanding her genuine character.
