In the city of Barangay San Jose, one amusement administers the roads - Patintero. Meng Francisco is the area 'patalo', a failure who hasn't won a solitary diversion. With the Linggo ng Wika Sportsfest playing host to the greatest Patintero organize there is, Meng gathers a far-fetched group of kindred failures to attempt and turn things around: Nicay, her over studious closest companion, Shifty, the strange yet good natured new child, and the baffling urban vigilante Z-kid. As the group prepares, fights and hooks its way to the top, they find there might be more in question for them than simply winning or losing.
